The instrument six-pack and engine gauges have largely been replaced in modern aircraft with electronic screens. A couple of examples are shown here.

This is a Horis primary flight display (PFD) manufactured by Kanardia. It replaces all the functions of the six-pack into a single instrument and shows information at-a-glance. The screen shows:
- attitude (roll, pitch)
- airspeed (indicated and true)
- vertical speed
- altitude
- pressure setting
- heading
- tracking (true or magnetic)
- outside air temperature

Here is a Blaze primary flight display (PFD) manufactured by MGL. It replaces the altimeter, airspeed and vertical speed indicator into a single, easy-to-read instrument.

Here is a Blaze engine monitor (EMS), also manufactured by MGL. It replaces all the standard engine monitoring gauages into a single instrument.
With the ability to set upper and lower warning limits, it makes it easy to see when something has gone wrong.
